Is the Mandalamatâ„¢ only to be used on the back?
No, it can be used over almost all the body. The mat can be used on specific 'problem areas' of the body (see 'How To Use'). You can also use it for example on:
  • the thighs and calves
  • the stomach
  • the jaw
  • the neck
  • the feet
